30 Day Abs Challenge – Day 30

Welcome to day 30 of the NEW Healthista 30 day Abs challenge with founder of hot gym Gymclass, Helle Hammonds

The Healthista challenge has returned and so has Helle Hammonds from GYMCLASS, with 30 days of five-minute abdominal workouts. Helle has created a different workout for each day consisting of two strength moves and one fat burner, these are performed back to back and all movements last 30 seconds. Each day provides beginner and advanced options to provide a challenge for everyone.

 

DAY 30 ABS CHALLENGE WORKOUT

  • Up and down plank with reach – Get into high plank position, to start. Drop one elbow down, and then drop the other elbow, to a low plank position. Then lift one arm up, the other with follow, to return to high plank position. Then using the arm you dropped first, reach forwards. Repeat the reach on the other arm to complete the move. Repeat for 30 seconds.

 

  • In and outs – Lie flat with your head and feet very slightly raised off the floor. Then bring your body and knees together, similar to a sit up. Repeat for 30 seconds.

 

  • Full burpee with a tuck jump – Begin standing up straight, and then bend down a put your hands on the ground. Jump your legs back to a plank position, then drop down onto your knees and do a full push up. Then jump your legs forwards and stand up. Finally, do a tuck jump, bringing you knees high and close to your body.

Repeat more two times.
