Getting ready for an upper body workout? David Marshall, owner of Royal Docks Crossfit shows you how to get warmed up before an upper body workout.
Warming up before your workout is essential to prevent injury and get your body ready for upper body movements. It’s also a way of burning some extra calories.
In this warm up David has designed a tabata style routine that involves 20 seconds of movement and 10 seconds of rest between movements. The warm up has four different exercises that involves pushing and pulling moves which are repeated twice.
Routine
Kettlebell swings
Single arm kettlebell row
Push ups
Upright kettlebell row
Repeated two times
