30 Day Abs Challenge – Day 29

Welcome to day 29 of the NEW Healthista 30 day Abs challenge with founder of hot gym Gymclass, Helle Hammonds

The Healthista challenge has returned and so has Helle Hammonds from GYMCLASS, with 30 days of five-minute abdominal workouts. Helle has created a different workout for each day consisting of two strength moves and one fat burner, these are performed back to back and all movements last 30 seconds. Each day provides beginner and advanced options to provide a challenge for everyone.

 

 

DAY 29 ABS CHALLENGE WORKOUT

  • Full sit up with 10 punches – Begin lying flat on the floor, and then lift your body up to do a full sit up. Hold your position and do 10 punches, alternating arms each time. Repeat for 30 seconds.

 

  • Russian twist with weights – Begin sit on the floor with your legs bent and your back slightly backwards. If you are using weights hold them in front of you, if not using weights hold your arms out in front with your hands together. Twist to one side, hold, and twist to the other side. Repeat for 30 seconds.

 

  • Lunge back with punch out – Begin standing, and step one leg back into a backwards lunge. Then as you stand up again, kick this leg forward and punch with the opposite arm. Repeat on this leg for 15 seconds. Swap sides, and repeat on the other leg for 15 seconds.

Repeat more two times.
