30 Day Abs Challenge – Day 28

Welcome to day 28 of the NEW Healthista 30 day Abs challenge with founder of hot gym Gymclass, Helle Hammonds

The Healthista challenge has returned and so has Helle Hammonds from GYMCLASS, with 30 days of five-minute abdominal workouts. Helle has created a different workout for each day consisting of two strength moves and one fat burner, these are performed back to back and all movements last 30 seconds. Each day provides beginner and advanced options to provide a challenge for everyone.

DAY 28 ABS CHALLENGE WORKOUT

  • Leg raise with Russian twist – Begin lying on the floor with your hands in front of your chest. Then raise your legs, keeping them together as you do. As you lower your legs, lift your body up straight. Make sure your legs don’t touch the ground, and bend them. Twist your body to one side, hold, and then twist to the other side. Repeat for 30 seconds.

 

  • Plank hip dips – Begin in a plank position, and then drop your hip to one side so you touch the floor. Lift, return to plank position, and drop your hip on the other side. Repeat for 30 seconds.

 

  • Half burpee with double squat – Begin stand up straight, and then drop your hands to the grounds so you are bent over. Step one leg back, and then bring the other foot back so you are in a plank position. Then bring one leg in, the other leg follows, and stand up. When you are standing again do two squats to complete the move. Repeat for 30 seconds.

Repeat more two times.
