Welcome to day 27 of the NEW Healthista 30 day Abs challenge with founder of hot gym Gymclass, Helle Hammonds
The Healthista challenge has returned and so has Helle Hammonds from GYMCLASS, with 30 days of five-minute abdominal workouts. Helle has created a different workout for each day consisting of two strength moves and one fat burner, these are performed back to back and all movements last 30 seconds. Each day provides beginner and advanced options to provide a challenge for everyone.
DAY 27 ABS CHALLENGE WORKOUT
- Heel crunches – Begin lying flat on your back with your knees up an feet on the ground. Do a full sit up, and when you get to the top reach forward to touch your heels. Repeat for 30 seconds.
- Full sit ups with feet together- Stay in the same position as the previous exercise, but put your feet together and your knees out. Do full sit ups, keeping your feet in this position. Repeat for 30 seconds.
- Crunches at the top – Begin sat up, with your body backwards and legs raised. Similar to a V sit, without your arms raised. Bring your body and knees together and apart. Repeat for 30 seconds.
Repeat more two times.
