30 Day Abs Challenge – Day 26

Welcome to day 26 of the NEW Healthista 30 day Abs challenge with founder of hot gym Gymclass, Helle Hammonds

The Healthista challenge has returned and so has Helle Hammonds from GYMCLASS, with 30 days of five-minute abdominal workouts. Helle has created a different workout for each day consisting of two strength moves and one fat burner, these are performed back to back and all movements last 30 seconds. Each day provides beginner and advanced options to provide a challenge for everyone.

 

 

DAY 26 ABS CHALLENGE WORKOUT

  • Kick out to side – Stand straight with your hands together. Kick one eg out to the side, bring back in and out again. Repeat on this leg for 15 seconds. Swap side, and do the move on the other leg. Repeat for this leg for 15 seconds.

 

  • Plank position with row – Begin in a high plank position, with your feet apart. Bring one arm up, and do this twice. Repeat this move on the other arm. Repeat for 30 seconds.

 

  • Commando up and down – Begin standing up with your arms in the air above your head. Drop one knee down to floor, and then drop the other knee down. Then using the leg you dropped first, bring your leg back up and follow with the other leg so you are standing. Repeat the move, starting with the opposite leg this time. Repeat for 30 seconds.

Repeat two more times.
