30 Day Abs Challenge – Day 25

Welcome to day 25 of the NEW Healthista 30 day Abs challenge with founder of hot gym Gymclass, Helle Hammonds

The Healthista challenge has returned and so has Helle Hammonds from GYMCLASS, with 30 days of five-minute abdominal workouts. Helle has created a different workout for each day consisting of two strength moves and one fat burner, these are performed back to back and all movements last 30 seconds. Each day provides beginner and advanced options to provide a challenge for everyone.

 

 

DAY 25 ABS CHALLENGE WORKOUT

  • Crawl out with push up – Begin standing, and then reach your hands to the floor and crawl out until you reach a plank position. When you are in plank position, do a push up and then crawl back so your are standing again. Then stretch your arms over your head. Repeat for 30 seconds.

 

  • Leg raise with weight – Lie flat on your back and if you are using a weight hold it between your feet. Raise your legs ups slowly, then lower then down to just above the floor and raise them again. Repeat for 30 seconds.

 

  • Russian twists – Sit up on the floor, with your body slightly backwards and your legs bent, raised off of the floor. Put your hands together and twist from one side, to the middle, to the other side, keeping a controlled motion throughout. Repeat for 30 seconds.

Repeat two more times.
