This sequence is designed to stimulate your digestion system and the area surrounding it. Often, this area of our body can get stagnant, especially if we sit a lot. This short class will help you deepen your breath to expand your intake of oxygen which in turn stimulates all the organs of the body to work efficiently. As the digestion is one of our ways of eliminating, it’s one to take good care of.
