Yoga for calming and toning – 25 minute video session

Roll out your mats for part three of our four-part yoga for stress series to help calm, tone and de-stress with yoga teacher, Terrie Foster

Join us every Friday this month by rolling your mat and taking time out for yourself.

In this yoga workout for stress series we look at relaxing the mind by concentrating on our breathing, using deep controlled inhales and exhales to clear the mind and allow the body to follow.

Here the breath is your key and continues to flow in and out evenly throughout the sequence, keeping you calm and focused.

This sequence from Terrie will guide you through a steady and controlled dynamic flow that also focuses on core stability and strength while working on the whole body.
