This kettlebell workout for your glutes with W10 gym’s chief trainer Daisy Malin burns serious fat in only 20 minutes – prepare to work for your workout

This 20-minute glute workout with kettlebells is for burning fat quickly.

It’s divided into three circuits that will get you sweating in no time. Do each circuit three times for the best results, and don’t forget to take a 60 second break between each round.

This video is first of a series of short 20-minute kettlebell workouts, coming out every Wednesday each targeting a different part of the body.

We created them for anyone who doesn’t have much time to spend at the gym, but still wants a challenging and effective workout.

Next week’s kettlebell workout, out on Wednesday July 31st, focuses on core exercises.

20-minute fat-burning glute kettlebell workout:

Circuit one 

  • Kettlebell sumo deadlift – 10 reps
  • Single leg hip thrust – 10 reps each leg
  • Rest for one minute
  • Complete two more rounds

Circuit two

  • Kettlebell swing – 15 reps
  • Lateral lunges – 8 reps each leg
  • Rest for one minute
  • Complete two more rounds

Circuit three

  • Single leg Romanian deadlift – 8 reps each leg
  • Alternating leg lowers with kettlebell – 10 reps each leg
  • Rest for one minute
  • Complete two more rounds

She is a former dancer and Pilates instructor who now specialises is strength training.
