Welcome to day seven of the NEW Healthista 30 day Abs challenge with founder of hot gym Gymclass, Helle Hammonds
The Healthista challenge has returned and so has Helle Hammonds from GYMCLASS, with 30 days of five-minute abdominal workouts. Helle has created a different workout for each day consisting of two strength moves and one fat burner, these are performed back to back and all movements last 30 seconds. Each day provides beginner and advanced options to provide a challenge for everyone.
DAY SEVEN WORKOUT
- Plank crawl out with reach – Begin bent over with your hands touching the floor, then crawl out into the plank position. Reach one arm out and then swap arms, and then crawl back in and stand up. Once stood up reach both arms into the air and then begin the move again. Repeat for 30 seconds.
- Cross fit sit up – Begin sitting down, with both legs bent and your feet meeting in the middle. Put your hands together and do a full sit up, Keeping your legs in the same position the whole time. Repeat for 30 seconds.
- Burpee – Begin standing and drop your hands to the ground. Jump your legs backwards, and press your whole body down to the floor. Push back up and then jump your legs back to a crouched position. Stand up and jump when you reach the top. Repeat for 30 seconds.
Repeat two more times.
