Welcome to day eight of the NEW Healthista 30 day Abs challenge with founder of hot gym Gymclass, Helle Hammonds
The Healthista challenge has returned and so has Helle Hammonds from GYMCLASS, with 30 days of five-minute abdominal workouts. Helle has created a different workout for each day consisting of two strength moves and one fat burner, these are performed back to back and all movements last 30 seconds. Each day provides beginner and advanced options to provide a challenge for everyone.
DAY EIGHT WORKOUT
- Plank reach through – Starting in an extended arm plank take your right hand off from the floor and reach through underneath your body, reaching as far as possible while balancing, then return the hand back to the starting position. Now on alternate to the other side. Repeat for 30 seconds.
- Holding sit-up cycle – To begin this position you’ll need to hold a sit-up move with your torso upright and legs in the air. Now you can begin by creating a cycling motion with your legs. Repeat this for 30 seconds.
- Touch down star jumps – Imagine your regular star jump well here between each jump you will be squating down to touch the ground. Repeat for 30 seconds.
Repeat two more times.
