Welcome to day 21 of the NEW Healthista 30 day Abs challenge with founder of hot gym Gymclass, Helle Hammonds
The Healthista challenge has returned and so has Helle Hammonds from GYMCLASS, with 30 days of five-minute abdominal workouts. Helle has created a different workout for each day consisting of two strength moves and one fat burner, these are performed back to back and all movements last 30 seconds. Each day provides beginner and advanced options to provide a challenge for everyone.
DAY 21 ABS CHALLENGE WORKOUT
- Straight leg sit up with overhead press – Lie down with your arms above your head, slightly raised from the floor. Do a sit up, making sure to keep your legs straight the entire, and lift your arms as you sit up.When you are sat up straight, reach your arms forward, and then lie back down. Repeat for 30 seconds.
- Plank toe and arm raise – Begin in the high plank position. Lift one leg up, and lift the opposing arm and reach out. Then put your arm and leg back down and repeat the move with the alternate arm and leg. Repeat for 30 seconds.
- High knees – Begin standing up, and run on the spot, lifting your knees as high as you possibly can. Repeat for 30 seconds.
Repeat more two times.
