Welcome to day 19 of the NEW Healthista 30 day Abs challenge with founder of hot gym Gymclass, Helle Hammonds
The Healthista challenge has returned and so has Helle Hammonds from GYMCLASS, with 30 days of five-minute abdominal workouts. Helle has created a different workout for each day consisting of two strength moves and one fat burner, these are performed back to back and all movements last 30 seconds. Each day provides beginner and advanced options to provide a challenge for everyone.
DAY 19 ABS CHALLENGE WORKOUT
- Sit up with punches – Begin on the floor lying down, and do a sit up. Hold your body up and punch eight times, alternating your arms each time. Then finish the sit up. Repeat for 30 seconds.
- Plank knee to elbow – Get into a high plank position and lift one leg, bringing your knee towards your elbow. Return to the plank position and repeat the move on the other leg. Repeat for 30 seconds.
- Man maker – This is essentially a burpee with a row on each arm. So begin by dropping to your knees in a plank like position, and do a push up. Then when you return to the high plank position, row one arm up and then repeat with the other arm. Finally, jump back up so your standing straight. Repeat for 30 seconds.
Repeat more two times.
