Welcome to day 16 of the NEW Healthista 30 day Abs challenge with founder of hot gym Gymclass, Helle Hammonds
The Healthista challenge has returned and so has Helle Hammonds from GYMCLASS, with 30 days of five-minute abdominal workouts. Helle has created a different workout for each day consisting of two strength moves and one fat burner, these are performed back to back and all movements last 30 seconds. Each day provides beginner and advanced options to provide a challenge for everyone.
DAY 16 ABS CHALLENGE WORKOUT
- Travelling plank – Begin in the plank position, and lift your left arm and leg simultaneously. Move to the side and return to the plank position, ready to repeat with your right arm and leg. Repeat for 30 seconds.
- Alternating straight leg sit up – Begin lying on the floor with your hands together above your head, and your legs straight in front of you. Complete a full sit up, but only lift one of your legs towards your chest. Alternate your legs as you do the sit ups. Repeat for 30 seconds.
- Shooter – Begin the exercise standing up straight, then do a squat and touch your hands to the floor as you squat. Once you are stood back up, jump and reach your arms into the air. Repeat for 30 seconds.
Repeat more two times.
