30 Day Abs Challenge – Day 15

Welcome to day 15 of the NEW Healthista 30 day Abs challenge with founder of hot gym Gymclass, Helle Hammonds

The Healthista challenge has returned and so has Helle Hammonds from GYMCLASS, with 30 days of five-minute abdominal workouts. Helle has created a different workout for each day consisting of two strength moves and one fat burner, these are performed back to back and all movements last 30 seconds. Each day provides beginner and advanced options to provide a challenge for everyone.

 

 

DAY 15 ABS CHALLENGE WORKOUT

  • In and out – Sit down with your legs straight out in front of you, slightly raised, and lie back with your arms behind your head and you back raised off of the floor. Bring your entire body in by bring your chest and knees together and then release to the start position. Repeat for 30 seconds.

 

  • Side to side straight leg – Sit on the floor with your hands on the floor next to you and your legs above the floor and knees bent. Face one side and stretch your legs out. Bring your legs back in and shift to the opposite side, and repeat the move. Repeat for 30 seconds.

 

  • Criss cross tuck jump – Stand up straight, jump and land with one leg crossed in front of the other, repeat this move but swap your legs to the other leg is in front this time. When you have finished this move, do a tuck jump, by jumping and bringing your knees up.

Repeat more two times.
