Welcome to day 13 of the NEW Healthista 30 day Abs challenge with founder of hot gym Gymclass, Helle Hammonds
The Healthista challenge has returned and so has Helle Hammonds from GYMCLASS, with 30 days of five-minute abdominal workouts. Helle has created a different workout for each day consisting of two strength moves and one fat burner, these are performed back to back and all movements last 30 seconds. Each day provides beginner and advanced options to provide a challenge for everyone.
DAY 13 ABS CHALLENGE WORKOUT
- Water bottle windmills – Standing upright with legs slightly wider than shoulder width, raise one hand into the air while holding a water bottle for additional weight. Your opposite arm will be by your side and lowering slowly. Once you can’t lower any more raise your torso back to it’s upright position. Repeat for 15 seconds one side and then change to the other side for another 15 seconds.
- Side plan kwith water bottles – Begin in a side plank with one elbow on the floor and your opposite arm straight in the air holding a water bottle. Now elevate the leg that isn’t touching the floor to open and close your legs. Repeat for 15 seconds each side.
- Full Burpee with split jump lunge – Here we are creating a full burpee and once standing a split jump lunge will by jump lunging either side and then returning back to your burpee.
Repeat two more times.
