Welcome to day 11 of the NEW Healthista 30 day Abs challenge with founder of hot gym Gymclass, Helle Hammonds
The Healthista challenge has returned and so has Helle Hammonds from GYMCLASS, with 30 days of five-minute abdominal workouts. Helle has created a different workout for each day consisting of two strength moves and one fat burner, these are performed back to back and all movements last 30 seconds. Each day provides beginner and advanced options to provide a challenge for everyone.
DAY 11 ABS CHALLENGE WORKOUT
- Leg raise into in and out – Begin lying on the floor with your hands together and raise your legs up. Lower your legs and before they reach the floor do an in and out, bring your chest and knees together. Repeat for 30 seconds.
- Plank see saw – Begin in the plank position. Bring your body weight forwards, so you are in a plank position on the very tip of your toes. Rock backwards and forwards slowly, repeat for 30 seconds.
- Backwards lunge with overhead press – Begin standing up and holding your two weights, one in each hand. Step one foot backwards and lunge. Hold this position, and then lift the weights straight above your head. Return to your begin position and repeat on the other leg. Repeat for 30 seconds.
Repeat more two times.
