This top trainer’s weight loss workout will change your body

Healthista brings you five workouts designed for weight loss by top trainers Terry Fairclough and Luisa Valenti, founders of the Your Body Programme 

Terry Fairclough co-founder of Your Body Programme wants to unsettle the dust on those dumbbells with five weeks of circuit workouts structured for weight loss.

These weight loss workouts are all circuit based routines created to keep your heart rate up to a high level of intensity making sure you are getting the most out of your workout.

Circuit #1

This circuit consists of six exercises, each move is to be performed for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest between each move. Once all six exercises are completed you are to rest for two minutes. This needs to completed four more times with a total of five sets completed.

  1. Squat dumbbell shoulder press – 45 seconds

2. Walk out press ups – 45 seconds

3. Plank step outs – 45 seconds

4. Jumping lunges – 45 seconds

5. Static lunge one arm row – 45 seconds

5b. Static lunge one arm row alternate side – 45 seconds

6. Mountain climbers – 45 seconds

 

Your Body Programme was founded by Terry Fairclough and Luisa Valenti.
