25 gym moves in 25 days – new celebrity trainer video series

Don’t know WTF to do in the gym? Healthista’s NEW series What works in the gym brings you  25 different moves for the next 25 days from celebrity trainer and co-founder of No1 Fitness, Ben Camara

Have you been using the same workout routine since forever? Or are you terrified of the weights area, and worried about bothering the grunting bro on the benchpress? Our new series, ‘What works in the gym’ will help change that.

For the next 25 days celebrity trainer Ben Camara will guide you through 25 different moves while explaining the muscles being used and any tips and tricks he has for you to perform each exercise like a pro.

Day one – Incline dumbbell press

Muscles worked –

  • Chest
  • Triceps
  • Front deltoids

Trainers tips – 

  1. Place the bench at a 45 degree angle
  2. Ensure you control the downwards phase of the move

Ben Camara has worked with some of the most famous faces in the world with training and health coaching clients including Madonna, Kate Moss and Vogue photographers Mert & Marcus. Having carved out a career in professional football, Ben Camara wanted his next career step to allow him to continue working in the field that he was passionate about, that of health, fitness and nutrition. He and Harry Thomas  co-founded No1 Fitness seven years ago, offering bespoke personal training in two locations in London.
