Day five – Seated bicep curl

  • Biceps

Trainers tips

  1. Incline bench to 45 degrees
  2. Turn hands away from your body 20 degress
  3. Squeeze at top of contraction
  4. Slowly lower eccentrically
  5. At the bottom of the rep extend the wrist back to fully extend the elbow as well.
