Women are especially interested in her beauty routine, and rightfully so. How does Meghan get her skin to look THAT flawless? Well, Meghan has let out a few of her coveted beauty secrets and facial exercises is one of them – we can’t believe just how easy (and free) it could be to get that beautiful glowing skin.

The future princess has revealed; ‘I regularly do facial exercises, I swear it works, as silly as you may feel. On the days I do it, my cheekbones and jawline are waaaay more sculpted’.

Move over face serums and beauty creams, face yoga is in the spotlight for it’s anti-ageing abilities, recent studies by JAMA Dermatology have shown that after 20 weeks of daily face yoga practice, participants looked up to three years younger.  With something of a cult following on YouTube, it’s a cheap and easy way of getting a glow on quickly. Doing facial exercises and face yoga daily, enthusiasts claim it encourages underlying muscle growth in the face, leading to better skin appearance.

To help you get started face yoga expert Danielle Collins has created a 12-part series of face yoga sequences that cover all the different areas of the face and neck, plus each sequence is just 60 seconds long, handy for anyone juggling a busy lifestyle. Healthista will be running these daily from today, March 1st as part of our anti-ageing month in March.

This 60 second sequence uses techniques to help tone and strengthen the muscles around the cheek and jaw area, resulting in a more lifted looking complexion.
