Oh. My. God. If you think strength training equals bulk, you have got to see the results of Thelma Mensah's 12-week Strength Training Blog. How amazing does she look? And yes, she made it into the longed for hot pants!
In the second last week of the strength training challenge, Thelma is feeling (and looking) athletic and toned. The military precision food prep has had the desired effects but she's starting to crave an cheat meal when this thing is over

Crop tops ready! Thelma's stuck with her super-strict nutrition plan (no cheat days!) and six-day weight training routine and getting nearer to that crop top tummy she wants. With three weeks left she's training hard for the final leg.
Four weeks from the end, Thelma's strength training schedule has been ramped up to six days a week and her cheat meal has been taken away so she's feeling the burn.
