Amazing, right? It’s been known that exercise can increase calorie burn after the fact, but the numbers from this study, conducted at the North Carolina Research Campus by researchers from Appalachian State University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Charlotte, surprised us.

Keep in mind, the study was done on men aged 22 to 33, and women haven’t been tested yet. But we’re pretty sure 45 minutes of hard exercise can only do good things for you.
