Fancy dancing off hundreds of calories before breakfast – and going to work with a smile on your face? The new Morning Raves are all the rage
It’s a new concept in both fitness and clubbing – the early morning rave party you attend not after a long night of clubbing but before work.
Starting at 6.30am they’ll wake you up with coffee or a smoothie – then keep you awake with some seriously loud music. The event lasts four hours and they suggest you allow at least an hour to enjoy yourself. Afterwards, you can have a massage to help you float into work.
Producers Sam Moyo and Nico Thoemmes (left) have started a new club morning in Shoreditch, London, after trialling the idea at festivals. They call it ‘a revolution of conscious clubbing,’ not aerobics or Zumba, they point out but a morning of dance, movement and expression.
