How to meditate for beginners

Michael J Fox has just announced that meditation helps him deal with the symptoms of Parkinson’s. If you’re curious, here’s a five minute meditation for beginners from yoga teacher Lisa Sanfilippo

Lisa Sanfilippo is known for taking her students to deeper levels of awareness and insight in body, mind and heart. Her classes draw upon smart bio-mechanical alignment principles, Tantric philosophy, art, and psychology. Lisa has been practising yoga for more than 15 years and teaching for more than a decade. She’s taught yoga to everyone from corporate high-flyers to super-mums, performers to shamans, from Board Chairs to people in wheelchairs.  She teaches at London’s Triyoga and The Life Centre studios.  Find out more about LIsa Sanfilippo’s yoga here
