Jennifer Lawrence, the trainer that changed her body, by healthista

J-Law vows to give up drinking with every meal, but not stop drinking every day (just another reason to love her)

Jennifer Lawrence has told Vanity Fair she’s giving up drinking alcohol for every meal so she can slim down for her next role as a ballerina. But she won’t stop drinking every day – just another reason we love her. Small changes are everything, J-Law…

Forthcoming, real and drop dead gorgeous, Jennifer Lawrence has in the past described herself as a ‘nana’ saying her heavy nights of partying usually ended up with her throwing up somewhere, she said in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar.

Most recently, Lawrence, 26 year old has become even more relatable in our eyes than ever, when she told Vanity Fair:  ‘I am playing a ballerina in my next movie, so my first step is not drinking alcohol for every meal of the day. Obviously I’m still drinking every day.’

It’s yet another reason why we love her. How much, how often and what type of alcohol you choose to drink is a personal choice and who are we to judge? Now, during partay season, you might be planning to curb your intake, drink yourself into tinsel-covered oblivion and deal with it later, or just have the proverbial ‘one’. Whatever your option, do it healthily and check back on Healthista.com for healthy drinking tips. Bottoms up.
