Chirps packets, Chirps, by Healthista.com

We love: egg-white crisps – the new snacks that taste better than crisps but are super high in protein and low in sugar and fat. Sign us up.

Chirps are the first egg white based crisps that can keep you full as they’re so high in protein. Even better, they’re low in fat and packed full of flavour. Loving them.

We’re guilty of raiding the Walker’s full size packs more often than is probably healthy around here. So we were delighted to discover Chrips – new snacks that have a crisp like quality, so much so you’ll think you’re eating actual crisps, yet they contain 50 per cent less fat than crisps and 15 per cent of your protein daily intake. Healthy, yummy and convenient for on-the-go.

There’s three flavours to choose from – Sour Cream and Onion, Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper, and Spicy Jalapeño. It’s too difficult to choose a favourite as each are ridiculously tasty and flavoursome. The Smokey Jalapeño packs a smokey and slightly spicy punch, the Sour Cream and Onion aren’t too overpowering and the Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper will definitely make pepper lovers happy.

Each pack has only 110 calories, is low in sugar and not genetically modified so these are perfect for guilt-free savoury snacking.

Chirps were created by the brand Two Chicks, known for bringing Liquid Egg White and Omelette Mix to the UK.

You can buy Chirps online at Two Chicks.
