It’s round about this time that resolutions start to go out the window and what better excuse is there than ‘I have no money.’ Well, thanks to Poundland, cheap gym kit is a reality – their new range of £1 fitness kit is solid quality and does what it says on the tin.
Our favourites in the range are the skipping rope with a counter, the weights gloves and the pedometer. Pedometers don’t really vary that much in quality, they all contain a ball bearing that moves as you walk, so buying an expensive one can be a waste of money.
There’s even a gym bag, tension bands and small dumbbells. For getting started on a fitness regime, it’s perfect (just in case you don’t like it, you haven’t spent a fortune on kit that’s destined for the shed).
