Our Reboot Blogger's 12-week journey is over. The measurements are in, the votes have been counted and...success. Charm has lost 10 inches - yes ten! - in total, four and a half from her waist, three from her hips and two off each thigh. Best of all she feels fantastic. Result.

It's the half way point in her 12 week Barry's Bootcamp Challenge and our blogger Charmian Walker-Smith has lost a massive eight inches in total including four of those from her waist. Impressive. But she is about to head off to France for a ten-day wedding party - will she stay with the program or fall face first into the profiteroles...?
It's Week 5 and Charmian looks gob-smackingly good but her motivation is flagging. She says: 'There are driven people who push themselves to their physical limits. I can't count myself among them though I push limits in other areas, fashion, dinner party conversation, parking restrictions. But my progress seems to have slowed.'
