Haven’t tried yoga before but always thought about giving it a go? Maybe you would like to try doing yoga at home before going to a class because it may feel like jumping into the deep end.

Yoga for beginners

In the first part of this yoga special we would like to introduce yoga new comers to take part in a 25-minute yoga sequence with Personal Trainer Holly Davidson. This sequence will guide you through a range of gentle full body movements that will give you an insight into a yoga flow for beginners.

Advanced flow

In the second part of this yoga flow series Holly will take you through a more advanced sequence that focuses on  pushing strength, balance, and core. This flow has a range of full body movements that will require bodyweight resistance strength so expect an all over workout with this one.
