How to make Healthista’s vegan sugar-free protein muffins

Serves: 8

Time: 25-30 min


  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius
  • Line a muffin tin with 8 greased muffin tins and set aside.
  • Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add peanut butter and unsweetened applesauce.
  • Mix until fully combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips
  • Divide the batter amongst the muffin tins and bake for 15-18 minutes
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes, before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
