  • How to use

    Take 25g in 200 mls of rice milk, almond milk or water and blend or shake once or twice daily . Can be added with fruit to a morning or evening smoothie or mixed into porridge, cereals, cookies or energy bars for added protein. Great post-workout too. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
