If you don’t find me in the gym, you’ll find me eating cake (carrot cake is my spirit animal). I grew up a dancer, but traded the ballet pumps for running trainers, enjoying summer sunset runs in the countryside. Friends, family and Zinfandel Rose keep me sane. A huge foodie, I’ve grown to love cooking and finding new healthy snacks (cashew butter changed my life). I get embarrassingly giddy over new recipe books (I write a regular feature: How To Eat Healthy for Beginners on Healthista.com every Friday), and WILL take a photo of my dinner on a first date.
