A gentle, easy sequence to lull your body and mind into night-time. Incorporate this into your bedtime routine, perhaps after a bath so the systems of the body can wind down for a good nights sleep. You will need your PJs and a bed.

Sequence:

  • Self massage
  • Even breathing
  • Single leg lifts
  • Windscreen wiper knees
  • Banana stretch
  • Knee circles
  • Bridge
  • Legs up the wall
