Aduna’s Baobab raw energy bar with pineapple contains two teaspoons of baobab powder, which is the new superfood to watch. You might not have come across baobab yet – it’s the fruit of the african baobab tree and it has a higher fibre content than even chia seeds and contains loads of natural vitamin C. The energy bar is packed with both fruits and nuts and compared to a lot of other raw energy bars this one tastes less nutty and more fruity and the pineapple gives it a slightly tangy flavour. It’s not sickly sweet and has no added sugar, preservatives or additives. Plus, it’s gluten, dairy and wheat-free.
