This short practice will reset your nervous system and turn off the fight or flight response of anxiety. The quickest way to change your physiology is your breath so we use a 1:2 breath count. Use it as a maintenance practice so you keep returning to a soft, easy space in your breath and body. This sequence is deliberately simple and you will need a blanket.
